Red & White Varietal Overview
Pick one white grape and one red grape and we’ll taste four wines of each
produced in various parts of the world to see how different climate, terroir,
tradition and winemaking styles can create very different wines even from the
same grape variety.   This format is a great introduction to lesser known or
misunderstood grapes such as Syrah, Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc and
Riesling.  $200 for up to eight people.  $350 for up to 18 people.

Anything But Chardonnay
Sure there’s a place for Chardonnay, but there are many other delicious white
wines that often are better options for pairing with food and are usually less
expensive.  This tasting introduces seven white wine varieties that add
excitement beyond the traditional Chardonnay option.  $190 for up to eight
people.  $330 for up to 18 people.

Big, Bold Reds
While Cabernet Sauvignon reigns as king of the wine world, many other red
wines deliver new and interesting flavors.  We’ll look at seven red wines from
throughout the world including Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Zinfandel,
Syrah and Grenache and finish with a fabulous glass of Port.  $200 for up to
eight people.  $350 for up to 18 people.

New World Vs. Old World
Europeans have been making wine since Roman times, while winemaking in
America, Australia and other new world countries is still in its infancy.  But
does history and tradition mean better wine?  This tasting pairs four old world
wines from France, Italy and Spain against four new world competitors.  You’ll
explore the differences and decide for yourself which style you prefer.  $230 for
up to eight people.  $420 for up to 18 people

Joie De Vin
France is considered the cradle of winemaking.  Yet even within this one
country, the styles and types of wines are incredibly diverse.  From the classic
wines of Burgundy and Bordeaux to the gutsy and fun wines of the
Languedoc, France is the world’s standard.  Start with the original – and best
-- sparkling wine: Champagne and enjoy seven other white and red wines
from the major winemaking regions.  You’ll see why France is still a
winemaking power. $220 for up to eight people.  $380 for up to 18 people.

Just Bubbles
A perfect holiday event, covering seven sparkling wines from throughout the
world including French Champagne, Italian Prosecco, top U.S. sparklers,
surprisingly delicious Spanish Cava and up-and-comers from Australia.  $200
for up to eight people.  $340 for up to 18 people.
